Knowing when to switch to T10

I play an MM hunter and recently switched guilds for something more focused on progression. So now, when we do ICC, I can't goof around and just lol about, I have to stay focused and keep my numbers up at all times. At the moment, I am using the T9 legs+helm and T10 shoulders+hands for the set bonuses. I've got about 115 frost badges and I'm dutifully saving them up, because I'd like to buy the T10 legs and helm and get the 4 piece bonus in one fell swoop.My question is, when ...
