Night Sight Problems

Hi WOW Ladies (and gents)! I have a bit of a problem and I'm wondering how many of you do, too, and what you do about it.I don't have great eyesight, and I especially don't have great eyesight at night. This applies to real life as well as WOW, unfortunately. When the fake sun goes down in WOW, I have a pretty terrible time seeing what's going on.
