Should I put in another Ticket?

I just came back to WoW after almost a year long break.  I've been having a lot of fun until today. Today I did the Thrall questline.  At then end of it I clicked on the Mantle of Desire(the healer cloak) and the game gave me the Mantle of Doubt(the agi cloak instead).  I put in the ticket about it and GM told me I couldn't get it fixed and I should save it for if I ever try out enhancement.  I've always been Resto, I like to heal.  I only have elemental as an ...
