What to do?

You see, there is this guild on my server that houses level 1 toons and they seem to play the ah a lot. Now, that wouldn't be an issue normally, except for how they act. There has only been one of these toons on at any given time, and for all you know they are deleted and recreated, as you never see the old toons again. They are always parked in the ah and are within all profession markets (jc, enchanting, herbalism, ore, etc), undercutting multiple times each day. Let's say, meta gems, ...
